Together, our leadership team brings decades of experience not only in child welfare, but in serving vulnerable and underserved individuals, children, and families across our community. Our backgrounds include behavioral health, substance use treatment, housing support, workforce development, family stabilization, and helping children and adults successfully reintegrate after hospitalization, incarceration, treatment, or other institutional settings. We understand that people are often navigating trauma, grief, addiction, poverty, mental health challenges, and systems that can feel overwhelming and impersonal.
For us, this work is more than a profession. It is a calling rooted in service, humanity, and hope. We believe the best outcomes happen when people feel seen, respected, supported, and safe enough to grow. That philosophy extends not only to the children and families we serve, but to our own team members as well. We lead with a servant leadership approach, believing that when we genuinely invest in, support, and care for our workforce, they are better equipped to do life-changing work for others. The culture we build within our organization directly shapes the care, compassion, and excellence we bring to the families entrusted to us.
