Who We Serve

Parents

We are here for you, too.

No parent ever expects to find themselves navigating the child welfare system. If this is where you are right now, we want you to know one thing clearly: we see you. Our role is to help support safety, healing, and real change while working toward the best possible outcome for your children and your family.

We will walk beside you through that process with honesty, respect, and compassion. There will be hard work, accountability, and difficult conversations, and we will be honest with you about all of it.

Your voice is critical. That is why we will connect you with a Peer Family Navigator who has been exactly where you are right now; someone who has lived experience with this process, who knows how it feels, and who will be in your corner to guide and support you.

Children and Youth

You are the reason this entire system exists.

Not as a category, not as a case number, but you, specifically: your safety, your well-being, your future.

We know foster care can feel confusing, painful, and deeply unfair, and that trust is hard to build when so much has already happened. We are not here to pretend otherwise.

We are here to show up for you, advocate for you, protect your rights, support your education and mental health, help you stay connected to safe family relationships, and help you prepare for whatever comes next. We are not perfect, and we know that. You are entitled to adults who listen, who show up, who communicate clearly, and who genuinely care about what happens to you. Your voice matters to us. We mean that.

Families & Caregivers

Thank you for stepping forward.

Whether you are a grandparent, an aunt or uncle, a family friend, a foster parent, or an adoptive family; what you are doing matters deeply, and we never take it for granted.

Children entering foster care often carry grief, confusion, and a sense of loss bigger than most adults will ever have to face. Healing does not require you to be a perfect caregiver. It takes consistency, patience, a stable routine, and the simple comfort of knowing someone genuinely cares.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. We are here to partner with you to handle the tough times and the details, from coordinating healthcare and school support to navigating visits and planning for a stable, lasting future. We believe children thrive when the adults in their lives work together with honesty and a shared purpose.

That team mindset is at the heart of everything we do. We bring foster families, birth parents, relatives, youth, and our staff together as true partners. Raising a child well has always taken a community of people willing to show up, stay present, and care deeply. We are proud to build that community with you, intentionally and on purpose.
